Data flow history should be sorted by completion date

Description (Required):On the Data Flows history page, the rows should be sorted in reverse chronological order. Currently, they appear to be ordered randomly and there is no way to sort the rows.
Use Case and Business Need (Required): User interface improvement for monitoring data flows.
