Provide system parameter for DisplayRowLimit used in (Pivot)Tables

Description (Required):
OAS only allows 5000 rows to be displayed in (Pivot)Tables whereas in OBIEE 12c it would be possible to display ie 25000 rows. I assume this new limit makes sense for OAC (to preserve bandwith), but for an on-premise OAS this is no concern.
Please provide a system parameter to change the current 'hard' setting of 5000 rows.
Use Case and Business Need (Required):
Users could search large datasets directly within the browser in OBIEE 12c.
Now they need to export the results to excel before they can perform the search. This is time consuming and frustrates our users.
