Remove Pinned Filter from Specific Canvases

Description (Required): Users are requesting a way to exclude a pinned filter from specific canvases. For example, if a workbook had five canvases, they may want the pinned filter to show up and function on three canvases that have applicable data, but not show up on the remaining two canvases where the filter wouldn't be applicable.

Use Case and Business Need (Required): The pinned filter functionality is great but it's an all or nothing deal across every canvas. Many of our users have workbooks where the pinned functionality makes sense across a large potion of the canvases but they would like to exclude from other canvases where the filter isn't applicable. We're aware that you can disable the filters within the specific views but the hope is for the end-user to not even see the pinned filter at the top on a canvas that we don't need it on.
