OBIEE BI Server 12C "nqsserver.exe has stop working"

I have installed OBIEE 12c in Windows Server 2012 R2 Essentials. Initially it was working fine. I used to upload RPD and created reports. After few days when I stop and start services, I am getting error like "nqsserver.exe" has stop working. I go through the Google and I didn't find a correct solution. After that I upload new RPD I got an error like "An exception occurred during exception, please check server logs".

I couldn't find a correct solution to resolve. Please any one can give me the solution.
