Logical table priority changes in RPD

Hi Experts,
I one logical column that is mapped to three logical fact tables and set priority as 0 for three logical facts tables. I created a report using this logical column and i found that my desired fact table is not used applied in the BI server query , even though i changed the Priority values 0 to 1 respectively . Still right fact table is not applied in the BI server query.
In order to get right fact table in the BI server query what all i needs to be done . Please suggest .

Hi,
0 as the Priority indicates high priority, Depending on the requirement the priority needs to be set for respective LTS. Then check for the available dimensions which are being pulled in the report, depending on that the LTS is hit in the BI query.

What ever you suggested i followed , even though my desired fact table is not applied int he BI server query .

Still i want to clarify that is there any other option that we can control BI server query to apply right fact table other than Priority .

On pulling any Dim and Fact, is the same LTS being hit? can u elaborate on your observations?

No there isn't another way to define "priority".
First is the one able to answer the query, then the one with lower priority group and then the order (the one on top is used before the one below).
So I guess, as others said already, you must double check again that your expect LTS can answer the query ...

Hi Kamna and Gianni.
Here is my requirement ..actually i have one logical column been used in the Report , this logical column sources from multiple table physical columns . In the BI server query i want the right table to be used for that what i did, i kept priority as 0 only for one table for remaining table i made it 1 . Still its applied as 0 Priority table in the BI server query .
Could you please let me know what i all i need to do and let me know how come i resolve this issue .

If an LTS is assigned priority as 0, this fact should definitely be hitting in the BI server query.. 0 means highest priority and if your joins with this 0 priority LTS are correctly linked with content levels set, this should definitely be working.

In the Content tab i set Detail level for all the three tables .

If you disable all the others LTS does the analysis still work or you have an error?

If i disable other LTS then report gives error page .
