"page options " option is not displayed on user dashboard in Obiee 11g

Hi Experts,

user getting issue with "page options" on dashboard  : user unable to see (not displayed) "page options"  on  dashboard  in Obiee 11g (11.1.1.7.150120 ).

Previously he was  able  to see, but after upgrading to R12 , he is not getting that option.

i tried  this below solution :

Delete the user folder  from the Catalog folder in Production.

But , till now the issue is not resolved.

Where can i check and what can i check for permissions?

Can any one help me to resolve this issue.
