Download reports error in OBIEE 10.1.3.4.0

Hi All,

We are facing the below error when downloading the huge data set from obiee application

"State: HY000. Code: 10058. [NQODBC] [SQL_STATE: HY000] [nQSError: 10058] A general error has occurred. [nQSError: 46073] Operation 'stat()' on file '/obiee/OracleBIData/tmp/nQS_32463_90_70438405.TMP' failed with error: (75) `&u  . (HY000)"

The above error is appearing whenever xxxx_yyy.TMP file has reached 2GB in TMP folder.

Please find our OBIEE version details as below

Build: 10.1.3.4.0.080726.1900

Release Version: Oracle Business Intelligence 10.1.3.4.0

Package: 080726.1900

According to BUG 6998143, in UNIX/LINUX env tmp files over 2 GB in size lead to an error. This bug was fixed for Window env in OBIEE 10.1.3.2, and has been fixed for UNIX/LINUX env in OBIEE 10.1.3.4.

Though the bug 6998143 has been fixed in our obiee version still we are facing this error.

Have tried the below options also in NQConfig file

Increased DATA_STORAGE_PATHS size and changed WORK_DIRECTORY_PATHS and SORT_MEMORY_SIZE to huge size.

Please help us to resolve this .

10.1.3.4.0? Don't you think it's rather time to think of an upgrade?

Thanks for your response .upgrade is in our pipeline but it will take some time to get approved.

Any other technical suggestions from your end.

Is there a parameter to increase TMP file size more than 2 GB
