Information on integration between Oracle BI Publisher and MS SharePoint 2013
Summary
Information on integration between Oracle BI Publisher and MS SharePoint 2013
Content
Hi All
In our current project implementation; there is a requirement to integrate Oracle BI Publisher 11.1.1.9.0 with MS SharePoint 2013
We are not getting any standard Oracle documentation on the same except few white papers which talks about integration with earlier SharePoint version i.e. 2007
Our environment details are as below:
- We have deployed Oracle BI Publisher as standalone product; not with OBIEE
- Using WebDAV as approach for integration
- SharePoint 2013 is using Claims based authentication method along with SSL and not Classic Authentication method as in SharePoint 2007
We are getting below handshake error with existing configuration while trying send report from BIP to Share Point:
[2016-11-16T07:20:55.306+01:00] [bi_server1] [WARNING] [] [oracle.xdo] [tid: 476] [userId: BISystemUser] [ecid: 0000LXfl2R2COtOAAjI7TT1OAzZB000003,0] [APP: bipublisher#11.1.1] !!!!!!! WebDavProcessor.delivery :: deliver API call throw DeliveryException::::oracle.xdo.delivery.DeliveryException: oracle.xdo.delivery.DeliveryException: javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException: sun.security.validator.ValidatorException: PKIX path building failed: sun.security.provider.certpath.SunCertPathBuilderException: unable to find valid certification path to requested targetoracle.xdo.service.delivery.DeliveryException: oracle.xdo.delivery.DeliveryException: oracle.xdo.delivery.DeliveryException: javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException: sun.security.validator.ValidatorException: PKIX path building failed: sun.security.provider.certpath.SunCertPathBuilderException: unable to find valid certification path to requested target[[
In line of above what configuration needs to be done to make successful integration between Oracle BIP & MS SharePoint 2013?
If anyone has done it or having any details regarding this type of integration then please do let us know.
It would of great help.
