Running BI servers as part of a Unifier system.  The EssBase and the OracleBIScheduler... processes do not startup with the other ias-comonents through opmnctl startall.  Various help pages and error messages indicate a possible issue with the reg.properties file and its JDBC connection information.  It seems in various readings that there should be a configtool.sh (this is a Solaris system) that can be run to perhaps regen this file.  There is no file like this on my server.

Does anyone know if the way to reset the "encrypted" password in this file?  It will at least help me eliminate that as the issue.  The user password has not expired in the actual database, and a Weblogic data source is also using the same login/password so I believe some change was made (prior to my arrival two months ago) and this file was not corrected. It is in a DEV environment and no DEV work on BI is being done at this time so the issue has been sitting since last August with no eyes on it.
