I am currently having issues when I try to export my .dva project as an attachment. I am trying to send the project to another DVD user but when I try to export the project I receive an error saying:

"Something went wrong and we were unable to export your .dva file. Please check the logs for more details."

Does anyone know a solution to this or have an alternative? I am on a tight time crunch and any help would be appreciated.

You say you have problems when exporting as attachment (which I translate into "Export" > check "Email as attachment").

Does it work if you just export it? Does it work if you export without data/data connections?

Did you try to check the logs?

If export is not working for even without attachment, then

1. can you check the size of the project  ? Meaning , do you have many visualization ?

2. do you export a complete folder which has more projects  ?

Also, adding to it , can you check one more thing if that project has no errors (meaning , if it shows the data) ?

I am having the same issue. I cannot export my project. I've checked all the items mentioned by Eswar on his replies. It cannot be due to size because I tried with an old project which I have exported before and it doesn't work either.

Any ideas? Did you get it solved?
