Iam trying to print in column 3 oregon bein number wherein for non oregon employees it should be blank where in it is taking column 4 value and printing in column 3. Moving the columns one up.

In other words, Placholder that is defined for <CO_EI_NBR> if it is null the next column placeholder total hours YTD is getting populated in the place of CO_EI_NBR Tag.
