How to get forgotten password for Data visualization dektop file(.dva) ?

Summary
How to get forgotten password for Data visualization dektop file(.dva) ?
Content
Hi All,
As you might be aware, when we export a project from DVD to a dva file, we do have an option to protect it using a password.
Where does this password get stored ?
If the password that was used for protecting the .dva file is forgotten, what is the workaround to unprotect that .dva file and import it.
Considering the protection of dva file is something as protection of excel file. Only workaround is to re-export with no password protection, or with a new password for protection.
But What-If, the corresponding project is not existent for us to re-export, and the only way to restore is import the previously exported dva ? Is there any workaround, or does this need an Enhancement Request to be logged with Oracle DV Desktop Product Development ?
Regards,
Abhishek

I would say that is impossible without the actual password.
If there was a public workaround, it would make the password useless since the project could always be opened with the workaround.
I believe that creating such a workaround is not something that Oracle would provide.
