I am using embedded bi publisher (word add in) with JDE 9.2. The R42520 program writes the records to a work file. I designed a custom report to read the work file for the rtf. Everything works correctly except the data driven delivery. Although that says it is working correctly. I am unable to get our Pick Slips to print to the printers thru data driven delivery. The printers were originally set up as optio printers. I don't know if that requires something special. We have had our helpdesk setup each printer and tray as a virtual printer. We want the pick slip to go to specific printer and tray depending on a variable value. I have the info from help desk and set up each virtual printer in P98616.
When I run pick slips everything looks correct. It defines the proper variable and printer when I check the rd output and delivery. It says successful. But they are not coming out of the printers. If I change the value to our Xerox printer, I get output. We are not seeing a difference in the set up. Help!!!!
