When viewing the BI report, they were told they could use CTL F to find a value.
That didn’t seem to work when they were trying to search a value that was on the page (as a test).
They were viewing checks and attempting to find an employee.

What is output format of the report ? Also is the field searchable, if value being searched for is in an image then it may not work. You could also add the BI publisher version and template type to the question.
