I’m on the Oracle document E67875-05.

I am working through the section “Setting Up RDC With Apache Tomcat” that begins on page 8.

In the section “Configuring the Data Source Name (DSN)” I am a bit lost.

Is the target of this section an Oracle Cloud side resource, or my internal database?

I have Tomcat 7 on Centos 7.

    Hello There,

    In section "Configuring the Data Source Name (DSN)" is your internal/on-premise database.

    Please note you are setting RDC in order to connect to your On-Premise database.
