Hello All,

I am getting below error after submitting an BI report with destination as printer in Oracle Fusion Cloud Application (Version : 11.1.1.11.0)

Error deliver document to printer::Exception happened when calling deliver API::Error deliver document to printer::Exception happened when calling deliver API::oracle.xdo.delivery.DeliveryException: oracle.xdo.delivery.DeliveryException: oracle.xdo.delivery.DeliveryException: HTTP proxy connection could not be established: 502 notresolvableoracle.xdo.service.delivery.DeliveryException:

Printer configuration is done as per Note ID : Setup Instructions for Printing from Oracle Cloud (Doc ID 1964157.1)

I've configured a Linux server as print server with CUPS and have configured network printer on CUPS.

URI :  ipp://hostname:631/printers/MyPrinter

hostname :- My Linux(print) server hostname

As per note HTTPS PROXY needs to be setup for Cloud version below 11.1.11.1.0, I did the same by raising a request to Oracle Cloud operations.

Still above error is throwing while running report.

Please help if anyone has gone through the same problem.
