Upgrading from FMS 9.1 to 9.2 on a new server set but using the same Troy printer.  BI Publisher runs and creates a PDF (minus micr and signature) without issue but the same process will not generate a printed "check" directly from the application.  At this point I'm not concerned with the micr or signature, just the fact that nothing will print to it...

We have covered everything we normally look at and still no files being printer directly from PS 9.2.

Would love any additional idea of what to check before opening a case with Oracle.  I'm sure the answer is something we have overlooked but we've been battling this for a week now.

    Is the new server able to reach the printer? maybe firewall in between?

    I created a PDF using BI publisher and that PDF couldn't be printed by my xerox printer. Whenever I wanted to print that, an error message was showing. I got the solution after searching many websites and contacted xerox printer repair in USA. Now my printer is printing every document.
