Error 1406 : Could not write java Parameter to key

Dear all,

I am trying to install BI publisher plugin(BIPublisherDesktop32) for Word(2016).I am getting below error while installation.

I am not able to see any key in registry called ORACLE under \SOFTWARE . I do have admin priviledges.

I tired running the setup file in adminstrator mode too. But no luck.

Any thoughts?
