Unable to see BI Publisher icon in MSword 2010

Hi,

I have installed OBIEE 11.1.1.9 installed in my laptop. Installed template builder of the same, but i could not find BI Publisher icon after installation on MS-word 2010 document.

Please let me know how to solve this.

What version is your MS word 64 bit or 32 bit and what version of template builder did you install (again 32 bit or 64) ?

Both are 32 bit version. MS word 2010 32 bit, template builder also 32 bit.
