Fillable PDF Forms

Summary
Fillable PDF Forms
Content
This is my first time here so please bear with me. Through Adobe Acrobat 9 Standard I have create a PDF Template fillable form to run in Oracle. The Temple was created from an Word RTF that had security turned off. The data is coming from an XML data template. After I run the job the form is filled in with the data that should appear. I save the PDF form onto my system and then open in Reader XI.
Here's the problem. I cannot change any of the pre-filled items or do the check boxes. I can add data into empty fields through the Comment on the right and add digital signature.
I already have the same question into Adobe. How does one change the pre-filled data and the check boxes? Does the Oracle system do something to the PDF output so that the pre-filled data cannot be changed?
Thanks.

Thanks I will take a look at the document and let you know if it worked.

The EBS screen is a little different than the Fusion screen for setting the report runtime attributes. I had already set them so that I could update the PDF once the report ran. No luck though.
