Recently we have moved Pick Slips from Optio to BI
Publisher. We have 6 printers with different color paper in each drawer. We
have identified the printers as virtual printers by Printer and tray number. We
are utilizing data driven delivery and the output is submitted to each
printer/tray depending on zone and priority. All these printers are HP printers.
We did have our networking department set them up with a modified ppd
file. All is working very successfully.

Now to get to my actual question. We are also doing invoices
thru BI Publisher. We do not need dynamic delivery but do need the ability to
print the pdf to a Xerox printer (Xerox Workcenter 5335) from WSJ. We are
unable to send anything to the Xerox printer from JDE. We have worked with
Xerox, Oracle, Networking, and our CNC and have had no success.

We would welcome any suggestions you may have.
