A very old bitmap file is showing grey background and a portion of right hand-side edge trims and gets printed on the left hand-side (example attached) using rtf template. The same image file is creating issues on all the other rtf templates but there is no issues when other image files are used on the same rtf templates. And, the image file is also showing the grey background which should be transparent.

There is no such issue arises when I manually trim the image background slightly in MS Paint, and re-upload the image on the BI server.

But I would like to use the original image with trimming the edges in MS Paint. I am okay with background color changes if that's what causing the issue. Please suggest a possible way to work out the solution.
