Table columns overlap in JPEG when created from Linux

Content

Hi All,

I am currently facing an issue with BI publisher. Please find the attached xml and xslfo content which can be used to reproduce the issue. Our application is running on a linux environment. When I create JPEG using the attached xml and xslfo, few columns are overlapping in the table. No other  format is having this issue. Also if I create JPEG from a MS Windows environment then the issue is not present. Please find outputs attached (linux.jpg and windows.jpg) for comparison.

Could somebody please help us to figure out the root cause behind this issue?

Thanks

Pribin

    Hi,

I can see full text from item6 is not getting printed in the report in Microsof environment where as in unix environment full text is getting printed and moving into next column that is causing the overlapping of text.

. So you can use wrap-option="wrap" to wrap the text to new line

    Output will appear as below.

May I know which environment you are using to produce jpeg output?

Thank you Brajesh for the reply. But any idea why only JPEG format is causing this issue where as other formats works as expected?

    Thanks,

    Hi Brajesh,

We are using this functionality of BI in our Oracle Service Cloud (OSvC) application. We use BI jars for generating output files. When OSvC application is running on linux based environment it is causing this issue. Pleas let me know if you need more info regarding the env.

    Thanks,
