Hi,
I'm using Oracle BI publisher to create a report based on a data set, this report has 2 parameters; When I added the report to the dashboard the parameters are gone, and after some googling I knew that I had to create a dashboard parameters and link them to the appropriate subject area; which is not my case because my report is based on a data set.
Any idea how to display these parameters on the dashboard ?

It was really helpful to discover this option, however as I don't have access to the instanceconfig file, I used a URL to point to the report and it was opened with the parameters included.

You need ReportingToolbarMode to display BI publisher parameters. See document Configuring and Managing Analyses and Dashboards
