Hi,

We are in the process of setting up BIC for a client (using the data visualisation part first of all) and have been setting up users, roles, data sources, visualisations etc. We've now started checking the visualisations and everything so far is fine until we decided to swap browsers and use IE11 and Edge browsers (unfortunately our client uses IE11). As soon as we start to create a visualisation with a filter, the screen freezes with the message "oraclecloud.com is not responding" and eventually crashes out. 

We've had no issues whatsoever using Chrome or Firefox. but the Microsoft products just don't work. Has anyone else had this issue and are there some settings in IE that need to be changed for it to work with BIC.
