Dear Members,

I am new to Data visualization and would like to know what are the requirements to install this tool.

Currently our customer is using OBIEE 11g. Can we install Data visualization tool on top of it or we need to install OBIEE 12c to use this?

Any documents on this would be helpful.

    If you are asking whether DV on the server works in 11g on-pre, the answer is no.  DV (formerly known as VA) only appeared in 12c.  Also note that it has a separate license to OBIEE.

    Hi,

    Asked few times around here already and the answer is always the same: OBIEE needs to be at least 11.1.1.9.0+ .

    With other versions of OBIEE (.7 etc.) you will have DVD but not able to use an OBIEE connection in it.
