1. Uninstalled and reinstalled the DV desktop several times.

2. Installed as Administrator.

Help me fix the issue.

    Apologize its on windows 10 Pro Operating System.

    Loading of the tool stops as shown in the picture and the bar is stuck at that place (about 75%) and never opens the tool.

    Please let me know if you need any additional information.

    OS: Windows 8 64bit

    16GB RAM

    I have installed Advanced Analytics as well. s

    Below are the latest lines from the log file.

    What happen, what does the logs says, what's your system etc.

    I'm having same issue with one of my clients after removing it and installing same thing and I captured this it's just stays stuck on loading splash screen of application.
