Good afternoon,
I am trying to run a report on a schedule and one of the recipients has an apostrophe in his email address. For example: Jim.O'Hoolihan@email.net.
Unfortunately, BI returns an error that reads: "Missing or Invalid Domain Name (Jim.O'Hoolian@email.net). Example: name@domain.com".
Oracle Support Rep tells me it's working as expected... What am I missing? Is there some other way to make sure this gentleman gets the report?

Hi,
Depending on your version, I would make sure to be on the latest patch level:

If issue still reproduces and support has indicated this is the expected behavior, consider requesting an Enhancement Request.
We now have a number of Product Spaces in My Oracle Support Community that capture Enhancement Requests / Ideas for the product application.
By logging the ER directly, it will be tied to your My Oracle Support Community Profile Name which will allow you to be immediately notified of any updates to the ER, but also allow for development to communicated directly with you should they want to discuss the idea further or give possible alternatives.
Not only can you log the ER directly into the My Oracle Support Community, but you can easily track the progress via this channel. This community will give visibility to current recommendations and allow other customers to see the idea, collaborate on the idea, and vote for the idea. Enhancement Requests in this community are owned solely by the Oracle E-Business Suite Development team. No Longer will you need to log a Service Request to get an update on the requested enhancement, simply use the community as the main channel of communication.
To access the My Oracle Support Product Space, please navigate to https://community.oracle.com/community/support/oracle_e-business_suite/ and select the product related space.
From the Actions Widget (located on the upper right hand are of the product space overview tab), simply click 'Create an idea'.
Please include a good, detailed description of the request including:
* Gaps and Benefits: Tell us what impact this will have on your process and/or finished result and the benefits is anticipated to be.
* Idea Details: Please elaborate on and explain the idea as much as possible.
* Reported Release: What release are you reporting the feature against (12.1.3, 12.2.4, 12.2.5, etc)?
* Screen Shots: One picture is worth a thousand words. Imagine what several screen shots and/or mock-ups could tell us?
* Business process: Describe your business process
