Report Job does not delete with 'X' icon, even with workaround.

I'm running BI Publisher 11.1.1 and when I select a report job to be deleted and click the X icon, nothing happens. I've tried the workaround listed in the knowledgebase (from analytics, query only the report job you want to delete and then click the X) but that does not seem to be functioning. Is there another workaround that might work to rid us of these extra report jobs? Thanks in advance.

    2738487 Go to the option more and try deleting it and also do provide a screenshot what ur trying to do?

    please use different web browsers and if you have access to bi publisher scheduler database tables you can remove from there based on job id. Thanks
