Hello Everyone,
I Started to use DVCS , unfortunately I am unable to connect to an Oracle Database.
When I try to add a data source, I enter my database connection information., Click Save, takes about 4-5 minutes and eventually ends up saying:
Failed to save the connection.
Your operation has timed out. Please try again later.
I created a test AWS RDS Instance that is publicly available.
I initially thought Oracle cloud was blocking AWS for some reason.
Then I created a DB System using Oracle Cloud itself. This instance is open and available to the public.
My DVCS Instance firewall is disabled, so it should not block anything. Meaning I should be able to access a database available on the internet.
Any guidance would be appreciated. FYI, trying here, Oracle support experience on this is horrible, my service request is open since Oct 2017, that is going nowhere.
