Hi Team,

On Opportunities page, while searching for an Account, the default record set is "Records where I am on the team or territory".

In order for this record set to fetch the results, what needs to be done on Account records?

We want to understand on the following-

1)On Opportunity page, the moment the account search screen is opened, the default record set is not fetching any records. the user has to explicitly click on Search button to get the Account record.

     How do we resolve this?

2) what set of data are visible under this record set?

3) could we change the default record set? I know that there is a bug raised on this. But still wanted to check if the bug is resolved now in R12 of Oracle Sales Cloud?

     How To Set All Records I Can See Value By Default In The Lookup Search (Doc ID 2135964.1)
