I am working on an emergency contact report and I find whenever I bring the job name field into the report, the system pulls historical job names per individual.
How can I generate only top line active data per individual?

Hi Martin,
It sounds like you may not be setting a filter for assignment sequence. If you use the Assignment Real Time subject area and set assignment sequence to 1 that should fix it. I attached the emergency contact report catalog for the one I use that does function as you are requesting.
