Hi am using Bi Publisher on Oracle Business Intelligence 11.1.1.9.0 for a custom report in csv format. I noted by default the csv report file character set encoding is in UTF-8. How can i change the character encoding to ANSI in Bi publisher.

    I am having same requirement where in client want output  in ANSI character encoding.
