I am working on a BI Publisher RTF template with MS Word custom style formatting (heading 1, heading 2, etc). When I generate an output RTF document, the styles have been applied correctly (we have the correct colours, sizes, etc), but the custom style longer exists in the output document. All the components with a style just show up as "normal" style in the output.
Is there a way to get the styles to show up in the output and be properly applied to the relevant parts?
