Hi Bhargav,
Iam assuming you are querying a subject area from withing DV.
What kind of visualization are you trying to create ? Do all vizs throw the same error ?
Does it work from answers ? Can you go to Sessions & Query Cache and look at the log for your SQL ? Does that give more information ?

Lalitha

Hi Lalitha,
Thanks for replying,
Below are the answers to your question
What kind of visualization are you trying to create ?
A simple bar chart showing percentage
Do all vizs throw the same error ?
No it shows error for some visualizations only
Does it work from answers ?
did'nt get you
Can you go to Sessions & Query Cache and look at the log for your SQL ? Does that give more information ?
It does not show any additional information. Also I ran the query which comes in the Query error log and it ran successfully in the issue SQL
Thanks and Regards,
Bhargav

It may have something to do with the data as some visualizations are working and some aren't.
For the bar chart that's failing, can you change the viz type to table and send a screenshot of the data, so we can look for some pointers?

Hi Lalitha,
If i am changing it to table .The values are appearing without any error

I can't see anything wrong with that data although I can't make out what the metric value there is, how many digits it has.
To narrow down the issue, try with another metric and see if that works.
Also try playing with the number format (try abbreviation on/off) in the chart properties and see if that helps.

Hi Lalitha,
- The metric contains 8 to 9 digits value
- I tried replacing other metric and it works fine
- Also I tried changing chart properties like number format and aggregation method. The moment I change the aggregation method to maximum it works fine and if I change it to auto or sum I get a query error
