Need to get Installing package for Linux Redhat EL 6 (UL1+)

Hi,

I need some help please.

I have to install to my client in production environement EPM 11.1.2.3.500 in the Redhat 6 (UL1+) version.

First : Where could I download this version please? 

Second :  Is there some rules to follow, especially It will br installed in Production environment. Should I give Oracle a Client IDentifier or some thing like that to download ?

In addition, would I need get Weblogic server too or just EPM packages are enough? 

Because in the certification matrix i see there is a tab with weblogic server information:

 

11.1.2.3

Oracle WebLogic Server 11gR1 (10.3.5 and 10.3.6)
