Summary

Is a new version of Data Sync going to be available? If so, is there an ETA?

Currently using BICS 2.3.2 and would like to know when a newer version will be available for download from OTN?

    The latest version 2.6 is live now.  Have the customer download and use it.

    Install in a brand new directory.  When started for the first time, choose 'Copy an existing environment' option and point to the current install directory.  The process will copy all the configuration from the current instance.  Stop using the old one, and start with the new install. Once satisfied, you can delete the previous install for uninstalling it.
