DV not loading

Summary

DV would not load so I downloaded and installed new version and now nothing is working.

I am having the following issues with DV:

 

  1. Initially DV would not load all the way (would give me a blank white screen)
  2. I then uninstalled and downloaded, installed the latest Version 12.2.5.1.0-20190125221045
  3. DV loaded, however
    1. none of my projects show up
    2. Data sets and data flows show up but do not run

I am currently running windows 10 pro

Any insights as to what the problem may be?
