Customer data management -Customer Hierarchy report - Date model

Good Day Experts,

I trying to create an OTBI report for the customer hierarchy that we define in the CDM (Customer data management) screen.

I was not able to find any data model for it, can any one help me with the navigation of the data model related to CDM - customer hierarchy.
