    I managed to remove the error msg by playing with the column order, but the issue with displaying the random data is still there

    Do you have a result column in your union analysis? If that's the case make sure that the order of your columns selected in that result column is correct. Otherwise, remove the result column and recreate that again. Hope it helps.
