OAS 5.5 Data Flow Error
Summary
OAS 5.5 Running Data Flow Error
Content
I have performed an out of place upgrade and imported a BAR file into the new OAS instance and all looks great.
I am trying to get a data flow to work but I get an error with not much clues as to what may be the root cause when I attempt to run the data flow. Firstly, could you let me know which log files contain information about Data Flows?
I have looked at Doc ID 2638937.1 and this hasn't resolved the issue by the way.

Hi Joel,
If this is a managed service, please open a service request with support.

Hi Steve. I do have an open SR and have had no response in over 24 hours so I thought I’d reach out to the community in parallel.

Hi Joel,
Always a great idea to get community input.
Navigate to your Weblogic Console and check if the bi-actio app is running, if not, please start it.
Otherwise, might need log review.
Apologies for the above post, I had OAC on the brain0 -
Hi Steve
All deployments look fine including the one you mentioned.

Ok, I was hoping that might be a quick fix.
Log review is probably in order from the Service Request representative.. diagnostic dump collection and upload would be in order.0 -
Thanks Steve. I’ve done all of that yesterday. I’m patiently waiting for some sort of response from Support.

To close the loop on this and for the benefit of anyone else that encounters this, the workaround is here:
After Snapshot (BAR) Import In Oracle Analytics Server (OAS), Data Flows Fail With '400 - Bad Request ..' Error (Doc ID 2645310.1)0 -
Thanks Steve. This resolved my issue.
