Can we enable time-out on OAC Dashboards?
Requirement - System should enforce user to re-login in the case of no activity for 15-20 minutes
Issue – Most of the Business Users bookmarked the OAC URL and they complaint about stale data because of old sessions

Forcing user's to log back in won't update the stale data, that is going to be related to your cache. You can create an agent to clear your cache on a schedule.
However, if you want to update your session settings I believe you'd do so in the IDCS instance associated with your OAC instance.
