Yes, we have created reports using OTBI and scheduled to run every week using agent

We are using Agents to send data. I am wondering if Agents will log data to the transactional tables that the usage tracking subject area uses.

Were you able to find any way to pull this data? We are looking for Agent execution metrics as well.

I haven't. This is something I could probably try and test out. I have not done that yet. To test I would set up an agent to run as a specific user and see if that report, ran by that user, was logged correctly in the database tables behind the "OTBI Usage Real Time" subject area
