Pie Chart does not return all items

We have a table that is ranked and everything ranked above 10 is grouped under the reason name 'Other' however the pie chart is only showing us 6 out of the 11 options. How do we get it to show all 11

Your query is not very clear. In the data you have shared i see 5 groups alone. Is this the column you are referring to?

Hi Amrita,

What the screenshot doesnt show is that there is a prompt for the periods covered which narrows the fields down to include others.

It is not showing the full 10 plus other as displayed in the top table.

Hi Dawn,

Directly using the calculated GROUP column to segregate the data in the pie chart did not work for me either. I figured out a work around. Attached is the steps for it, along with the sample reports. It is a bit complicated for a simple requirement, but, this is the only way i could make it work. Will let you know, if there is a simpler way. Do let me know if this works for you.

Thank you for the solution as I do think it will work once I get my reports to accept the filter on the ranking.
