How to create a flag field to know if a colleague is a Manager or not in OTBI report directly?

In addition, wanted to understand if there's any in-built field present which can let us know whether listed Supervisor is in Active or Inactive status. If there's no in-built field available, how do we flag this for listed Supervisors?

Try the following fields inside 'Manger' Folder under 'Worker' Folder in Assignment SA, Person SA etc.

Thanks for your response, this was helpful.

On my first query, I'm looking for something which can provide me an answer as 'Yes/ No' for colleagues if they are an existing Manager or not. See below snap for reference.

Not sure, if there's any existing field to manage this, if not, is it possible to derive this using Person Number/ Manager Number field (like an index match method to check through these two fields).

Hi Abhishek,

There's a 'Manager Flag' inside 'Manger' Folder under 'Worker' Folder in Assignment SA, Person SA etc.

BUT this is not a mandatory field in UI, as result it might not have always correct data.

If your ORG has made that field as mandatory and making sure while creating data / transactions the values are entered & maintained correctly then it can be used.

Hi Konar - Sure.

Manager Flag is an appropriate field to refer to. However, as you mentioned its not a mandate field for ORG, I do see some DQ updates required to better use the output.

In addition, Assignment Status Type (under Manager folder) is useful to understand the current status however again, DQ updates required in this one too to better use the field values.
