Generate Excel (xls/xlsx) output for 300 EFFs using BIP report

Description (Required):

We have requirement to generate single xls/xlsx report output with 300+ EFF attributes using Excel RTF template which proper column width and format.

As per current oracle limitation we can't create the Excel RTF template beyond 256 columns.
