Review Customer Account not showing receipts for the new site created

While navigating through Review Customer Account from receivables module, for one of the customer all the receipts created were not shown on the dashboard, upon investigating further it was found that the customer had two bill to sites, first site was end dated in 2022 and a new site was created for the same customer, the receipts made on the first site were only visible in review customer account details and for the new site created no receipts were found in search results, ideally the receipt applied to all bill to sites should be shown on review customer account details.
