Centering Analysis Table Section Headers (More Control on Formatting of Headers)

In Oracle Analytics Server, the users need to be able to control the formatting of all headers, and we have seen that section headers are not able to be centered. This causes issues when printing reports for leadership meetings and documentation and not being able to utilize the reports since they are not able to meet formatting requirements.
