Switch fields Format and Delivery and Hide obsolete options in OAC/OAS Agents

In OAC/OAS agents (tab: Delivery Content) the fields "Format" and "Delivery" should be switched.
In current situation, you first have to choose the Format (e.g. HTML, Plain text, Excel, PDF,...) and Delivery (next field) is dependent on your first choice. In my opinion, it would be better to first choose how you want to deliver the content (directly or as an attachment) and based on your choice, leave only the applicable options in the Format field, and therefore this should be the next field to select.
It would be even better if both can be chosen in the same agent; but that's another idea, see:
