We would like to create our own custom band for Experience Level. It would be based on Employee Grade level and Number of years in that grade. Can we create our own band or do we need to use different methodology to produce the data?

This requires you to create a custom column in the dv and use it for reporting. You can use the subject area HCM - Workforce Core
